TULERIE

2019

Product Design

Tulerie is a peer-to-peer platform for lending and borrowing high fashion. Users can borrow designer clothes, or make money by renting their own outfits. The Tulerie app needed a complete redesign to elevate the user experience and optimize it for the latest iOS devices.

The app welcomes you with some fashion inspiration to set the mood. This screen acts a to-do list by showing you how many action items you have for lending and borrowing. You also have quick access to create a listing, a core component of the app.

Create a Listing

Before the user has created their first listing, the lending screen onboards them to how this process works. The create a listing floating action button is also introduced on this screen.

Lending

Users can exchange messages, ask questions, or discuss details about a specific item within the app. Requests to borrow your items appear directly in the chat for easy access.

New Styles

Color Palette

The new color system leverages blue for actionable items and gold assists with hierarchy and creating branded moments. This palette was carefully considered to abide to ADA compliance and optimize user experience.

Tulerie is focused on having high-end, designer clothing and accessories available for it’s users. The typographic system combines the sophisticated nature of the clothing with the approachable quality of the service.

Iconography

By designing a branded icon set with thin strokes and gold gradient highlights, Tulerie is expressing a luxury quality of service with playful tone .
